How to deal with unwanted emails

First of all you should contact the senders of the messages to inform them of the issue; if they don’t reply you need to contact the Provider that is technically responsible for the senders’ email account. If you still do not receive a satisfactory reply, and in case of unwanted advertising emails, we recommend that you contact the Competent Authorities, such as the Postal Police or the Authority of the Privacy Statement (www.garanteprivacy.itand provide the headers  of the incriminated messages.
However we advise you to protect the Email Accounts with the Antivirus & Antispam service, which can reduce the delivery of these types of messages. The service can be ordered from the Additional Services area of the website
